For Australian Customers
Compliance for all eligible vehicles is available through our Compliance Centre located in Sydney.
Please note that as of 8th of May 2003, eligibility list will change. Please visit http://rvcs-prodweb.dot.gov.au/ for a list of eligible vehicles after the 8th of May 2003.

For U.K. customers
Full SVA testing and customs clearance of your vehicle can be arranged. Contact us for further details.

For Car Dealers or bulk export Customers
Please furnish us with details of the Vehicles you wish to purchase along with your contact details and dealership numbers etc.. and we'll get back to you with notice of availability of the cars you're looking for.

For residents within Japan
Residents within Japan - Japanese and Foreign residents alike - also have the oppurtunity to purchase vehicles from our stock.
We offer a total package to enable you to register your vehicle within Japan. Purchase to Order system is also applicable.

Visit Japan
We most welcome customers who wish to visit Japan and personally choose the product of their choice first hand, please drop us an E-mail for further details.
Personal pick up from Chitose airport (Hokkaido) can be arranged - or if your only visiting the Tokyo area we can also arrange pick up from Narita or Haneda airports.
Visits to auctions can also be arranged.

Auction Membership
We hold membership for all major auctions houses (bus, truck and heavy machinery auctions included) throughout Japan..
We also have strong dealer connections in Sapporo, Hokkaido, allowing for discounts on Brand New Purchases.
No order will be too unusual or impossible to source!

Other Useful Information

Clarification on the phrase F.O.B. & C.I.F.
F.O.B. is the most commonly used jargon in the Import/Export business. You'll be hard pressed finding them in the Oxford dictionary so below are brief explanations.
FOB. = The total price to prepare the car for export and no other costs will be included on top of this amount before the Vehicle or Product leaves Japan. (F.O.B. = Freight On Board)
C.I.F. = The total price to prepare the car for export including freight. to the country designated by the customer. (C.I.F. = Cost Including Freight)
# Please note that F.O.B. and C.I.F. are exclusive of costs incurred in the process of importing the product into any given country.

Guarantee of quality
All vehicles are viewed and test driven personally by myself and fully qualified staff. However if any vehicle is incorrectly described in any way, you have a period of 10 days (upon receipt of goods) to lodge a claim. We will personally organise a qualified mechanic to view your vehicle against the online description. If discrepancies are found we will notify yourself and your money will be refunded within 5 working days.

Auction Ratings
These ratings are often hard to figure out as some Auction houses are more lenient than others. The USS auction group are the largest in Japan and their ratings system can at times be puzzling! For all cars procured from auction we will notify on our Home Page of the rating, as well as our thoughts on the vehicle. We have a thorough condition section which shows (in graphic detail!) location of most of the blemishes for every vehicle.
For the record auction cars are rated as below;
0/A rating = Previous accident and/or major repair history
1 rating = Needs a lot of work or also is applicable to a vehicle that has been heavily modified or has had the transmission changed from Automatic to Manual.
2 rating = Rough
3 rating = Fair
3.5 rating = Above average
4 rating = Good condition
4.5 is hardly ever seen in second hand cars but means excellent condition with no work needed
5 rating exists but I've only seen a handful of cars with this rating in my 7 years experience in the business, but means Pristine or showroom condition.
Please note that Auction Ratings do not take into account the condition of the engine or mechanicals - so in theory the car can have a busted engine but if the exterior is nice it will be labelled a 4! Chinese characters can be read by myself, so if there are any nasty squigly lines on the auction report (notifying of major faults on the Car) you can be sure we bought the car knowing what they said!!
